The first crime emptied the wallet. The second is a caller who already knows what you lost and wants an unlock fee, a seed phrase, or AnyDesk. Shame is part of the script. A named Swiss lawyer does not need your keys.
The second crime is the one that still has your number
You believed a dashboard, a job, a lover, a club that paid early. Then the withdrawal button asked for tax. Then a recovery desk called. FINMA has warned for years that lists of prior victims are sold on. ASIC, UK reporting desks and Interpol describe the same factory: conversion, retention, then a recovery room that charges for a free petition.

What a real file looks like
Keep bank statements, chat exports, the URL you were sent, transaction hashes, and any police, Report Fraud, CAFC, Scamwatch or NCSC number. Coins that still sit at a KYC exchange can, in some cases, be frozen. That takes a claim, urgency, and a wallet map a court can read. A helpdesk ticket has none of those.
Times of Switzerland put it in one line: a ticket creates a case number. An injunction creates a freeze. A freeze is a lock, not a payment. FINMA does not retrieve retail Tether for private clients.
